Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims (Special Robbery, Rape, etc.) at the Daejeon High Court on September 19, 200, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Clean Prison on June 7, 2012.

피고인은 2014. 3. 10. 19:40경 거제시 C에 있는 D모텔 310호에서, 2013. 9. 초순경 인터넷 동호회에서 알게 된 피해자 E(여, 39세)이 피고인을 만나주지 않는다는 이유로 화가 나, 가방 속에 미리 가지고 있던 위험한 물건인 식칼(총 길이 34cm, 칼날 길이 20cm)을 꺼내 들어 피해자의 상체 부분에 겨눈 다음 “소리 지르지 마라. 니가 소리를 지르면 내가 흥분을 해서 니를 찌를지 모른다.”라고 말하면서 손바닥으로 피해자의 뺨을 2~3회 때리고 발로 피해자의 팔 및 다리 부위를 5~6회 차고, 손등으로 피해자의 머리 부위를 2~3회 때리고, 재차 발로 피해자의 다리 부위를 10회 걷어찼다.
