Punishment of the crime

E, F, G, H, I, J, and K are indicted for violating the Fishery Resources Management Act in the Daegu District Court Branch on February 5, 2015 and currently pending trial.

Accordingly, on December 9, 2014, G, H, I, J, and K (the Non-Detention of February 5, 2015, respectively) entered into a large port where G, H, I, J, and K (the Defendant: (a) captured and loaded plastic boxes containing 12 x x x x (4 m) x x (34 mm) containing 15 household fishery products (the Defendant, in collusion with F, G, G, H, H, H, K, and sale them to the said water tank while leaving the port where M was used for about 15-day at the port south of the Jinjin; and (b) sold them to the boxes; and (c) the Defendant, in collusion with the Defendant to capture up to 15-day and sell them to the public; and (d) the Defendant, in collusion with the Defendant to capture up to 15-day and sold them to the public.

Accordingly, the Defendant captured, possessed, kept, and sold f, E, G, H, I, J, and K in collusion with F, E, H, I, J, and K.
