The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the lower court is justifiable to reverse the judgment of the first instance that found the Defendants guilty on the instant facts charged (excluding the part guilty in the lower judgment) by deeming that there was no proof of crime, and to have not been found guilty. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules,

Meanwhile, the prosecutor appealed against the Defendants in the judgment of the court below as to the guilty portion. However, the prosecutor did not state the reasons in the petition of appeal and did not state the reasons for appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
