A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 20, 2015, at around 10:30, the Defendant driven a BMF5 car without a driver’s license from approximately 300 meters section to the road in the same Dong from the neighboring road of the Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si to the road of the same Dong.
