A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken a taxi driven by the victim B in the vicinity of the Changwon Station located in 67 as the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si around 22:50 on November 14, 2016; and (b) arrived at the 6-dong of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the purpose of which is around 23:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's taxi business by force.

2.
