Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff loaned the amount of KRW 30 million to the Defendant on May 28, 2014 at the maturity of November 28, 2014 and at the rate of 10% per annum; thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for the loan should be made.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate is amended under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal. The statutory interest rate is limited to the amount calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from October 9, 2015.
