Reasons
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the following facts: Gap evidence 2, 3-1, 2, 6, 9-1, 10-1, 11, 12-1, 2, 6-2, and 6-1, 6-4, and 6-1 through 5-14, and Gap evidence 11, 12-1, 12-1, 2, and 6-1, and 6-4, and the court's order to submit each financial transaction information to the Korean bank, us bank, us company, and 5-1, 5-1, 5-1, 5-1, and 10-1,
E 1) E, around August 2013, includes the promotion of the new construction of buildings and the supply of the Plaintiff’s materials, etc., of E, shall be the FYY 723 square meters (hereinafter “the mother land of this case”).

3) Upon receipt of a request from E to March 2014, the Plaintiff supplied construction materials at the construction site of the instant building from November 2013 to March 2014. 4) On April 11, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the registration of creation of a mortgage on the mother’s land as “the maximum bond amount of KRW 225 million and the debtor E” with respect to the instant mother’s land, and was loaned KRW 150 million from the loan of large-scale investment on April 23, 2014.
5 E completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 15, 2014 to I on April 15, 2014, based on "sale on April 15, 2014".
6 E shall be KRW 45 million around June 2, 2014, and KRW 25 million around July 22, 2014.
