A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Changwon District Court, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated on August 3, 2012.

[2013Kadan1766] On June 8, 2013, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol, alcohol, etc. to the victim, etc. on the part of Eju, operated by the victim D in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, that is, the facts were paid even if the victim D did not have any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim an alcoholic beverage and an alcoholic beverage equivalent to the total market value of 80,000 won, such as beer 10 soldiers, in the same place.

1. On March 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00, at the H main points operated by the victim G in Kimhae-si F, the Defendant: (b) committed the act as if he were to pay the alcohol value while having no intent or ability to pay it; and (c) ordered the victim to pay the alcohol value.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 15 soldiers from the victim, and received entertainment entertainment services from the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to KRW 120,000.

2. Around March 23, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim G(54 years of age) at one time to demand the alcohol value at the above H main point on March 23, 2013.

[2013 Highest 1997] On May 31, 2013, the Defendant ordered the Defendant to provide alcohol, alcohol, etc. to the victim’s singing room operated by the victimJ located in Kimhae-si on May 31, 2013.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim an alcoholic beverage and an alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 2,10,000,000 in total market value, such as beer and 15 diseases, at the same place.

[2013Kadan3136] On September 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in the singing room operated by the victim M in Kimhae L on September 22, 2013; (b) in fact, the Defendant does not have the intent or ability to pay the drinking value; and (c) is doing so as to pay the said value to the victim, and the Defendant does so.
