Defendant

A, C, D, E, F, and G shall be punished by a fine of 300,00 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 50,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall photograph ballot papers in the balloting booth, and no elector shall disclose his/her ballot paper on which he/she puts in.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 4, 2017, the Defendant taken a photograph of the ballot papers in the seat of the 19th presidential advance polling station located in the mobile phone located in the seat of the 19th presidential advance polling station, which was located in the 71-hon Doz., the 12:0 on May 4, 2017.

B. On May 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 12:13, posted the ballot papers to the Stockholm room in which 17 J employees were admitted, a photo of the ballot papers written by him prior to the 19th presidential advance polling station, which was established at 71:2-h, Doz., the 19th presidential election district in the Republic of Korea.

2. Defendant B

A. On May 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 12:00, taken a photograph of the ballot papers written in a camera in the cell phone located in the 19th presidential election polling station located in the 19th presidential election polling station, which was located in the 2nd presidential culture center of the 231st presidential culture center in the 19th presidential election of the Republic of Korea.

B. On May 4, 2017, around 12:26, the Defendant disclosed the ballot papers in front of the 19th presidential election campaign site of the 19th presidential election of the Republic of Korea, the Defendant posted his/her ballot papers to the room of the Kakao Stockholm organization in which 17 J employees were admitted, which was established on the second floor of the 19th presidential election site of the 19th presidential election of the Republic of Korea.

3. Defendant C

A. On May 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:00, taken a photograph of the ballot papers written in a camera in the cell phone located in the 19th presidential election polling station located in the 19th presidential presidential election polling station, which was located in the 2nd presidential culture center of the 231st presidential culture center in the 19th presidential election of the Republic of Korea.

B. On May 4, 2017, around 13:36, the Defendant disclosed the ballot papers in front of the 19th presidential election campaign site of the 19th presidential election of the Republic of Korea, the Defendant posted his/her ballot papers to the room of the Kakao Stockholm organization in which 17 J employees were admitted, which was established on the second floor of the 19th presidential election site of the 19th presidential election of the Republic of Korea.
