Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2013, at around 23:05, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant from complying with the alcohol alcohol measurement; (b) obstructed the Defendant from complying with the alcohol alcohol measurement; and (c) left the scene on the roads located in Ulsan-gu B, Ulsan-gu; (d) obstructed the Defendant’s daily driving of C and D, a police officer E who is the Defendant, and driving a F vehicle suspected of drinking.

On December 16, 2013, the Defendant was arrested as a crime of obstruction of the performance of official duties, and was urged to contact that C and D were in G district, and voluntarily present at G district located in Ulsan-gu H on December 16, 2013, and responded to the alcohol alcohol measurement (0.123 percent bom of blood alcohol concentration).

In addition, the Defendant, a police officer of the I and multiple police officers, attempted to transfer C and D, one's own daily activities, to the criminal case of the Ulsan Southern Department, and obstructed the police officer's performance of duties in relation to the Defendant's escorting service by assaulting, such as why they were unsatisfying and satisfying, satisfying, sating and plicking, etc., of I's chest part, a police officer who was a police officer, in his hand.
