Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2016, at around 05:00, the Defendant was serving as nursing staff at C care center located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, at around 307, for the reason that the victim D (n, 94 years of age) was unlocked on the new wall and left the room, and the Defendant was injured by the victim, who was her hand, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment and the injury to the mouth scambling.
