1. The Defendant’s KRW 26,446,328 as well as 6% per annum from April 1, 2014 to February 11, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Since there is no dispute between the parties that the Plaintiff supplied digital cameras equivalent to the total amount of KRW 226,46,328 (180,030.79) as indicated in the attached list of the purchase price of goods, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by applying the ratio of 226,446,328 of the above purchase price of goods and the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from April 1, 2014 to the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order as requested by the Plaintiff, from the next day to the day of full payment, to the day of the original copy of the instant payment order, and from the next day to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
