1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,373,435 within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased B and KRW 29,96,217 among them.

The facts in the cause of the claim, the fact that the defendant was subject to the adjudication on the limitation of inheritance by the deceased B (hereinafter “the deceased”) from the court does not dispute between the parties, and since C among the inheritors of the deceased renounced inheritance, the defendant, the sole heir of the deceased, is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as to KRW 31,373,435 within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased and KRW 29,96,217 within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased, from March 21, 2015 until June 25, 2015, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, 16.05% per annum as the delay interest rate, and from June 26, 2015, from June 26, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
