Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.2 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission for the use thereof from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service.

Nevertheless, on June 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, removed livestock pens buildings existing in the forests and fields owned by Yongcheon-si, Yongcheon-si, and converted the use of mountainous districts of approximately KRW 1,746 square meters by making use of crums.
