Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment with labor for interference with business affairs at the Busan District Court on December 28, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 5, 2017, and is currently under suspended sentence.

[2018 Highest 1166] On March 18, 2018, the Defendant pointed out that the nursing private person E (V, 28 years old) of the above hospital was released without permission from the victim E (V) in the C Hospital D located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan around 07:5 on March 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stated that “Is the victim be released from the above hospital; (b) Is the victim “Is the same son son son son son son son son son son son son son son, son son son son son son son son son son son son. son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son.”

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

[2018 Highest 2266] On May 17, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim H(48 taxes) face on two occasions at G main points located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, with no special reason.

[2018 Highest 2925] On March 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:0 on March 8, 2018, at the inside of the Defendant’s residence; (b) around 01:0, the Defendant: (c) avoided drinking tobacco after drinking alcohol; and (d) moved the cigarette to the nearby interest without completely extinguishing the cigarette; and (c) destroyed some of the remote areas and the market prices.

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed a structure owned by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation due to negligence.
