Article 6 (Management of Goods)

1. B shall faithfully perform the duty of due care of a good manager in keeping goods, and shall make every effort to maintain the goods in optimal condition and to maintain, enter, and carry out the storage, delivery, until the goods are shipped out;

2. B shall be responsible for the inventory quantity and the maintenance and management of the temperature of goods entrusted by A, and shall not be lost or damaged.

4. Where a request for inspection is made by a third person designated by A or A, B shall provide an inventory status table with which the present inventory status in the warehouse is specified in detail, and cooperate for the inspection.

5. B shall maintain the temperature in the storage room within the scope of 18°20°C at the time of cooling storage.
