1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part of the claim for the confirmation of invalidity of the voting, which dismisses the Plaintiff A from the representative of each Dong, shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is the council of occupants' representatives comprised of the representatives of C Apartments (hereinafter "the apartment of this case") composed of about 580 households in D in light of light life.

The representatives of each Dong consisting of the defendant shall designate two to three Dongs in proportion to the number of households of each Dong of the apartment of this case as one constituency and elect one person in each constituency.

Plaintiff

A is the representative of the second constituency (904 Dong, 905 Dong) of the apartment of this case and was the chairman of the defendant, and the plaintiff B is the representative of the five constituency (910 Dong, 911 Dong) of the apartment of this case and the defendant was the auditor.

B. On June 13, 2016, Defendant (the president of the Defendant at that time) held a representative meeting to decide not to renew the contract with the head of the management office where the contract expires as of July 31, 2016.

C. F, a resident, is the chairperson of the present defendant) on June 27, 2016; and

7.1. Based on Article 23 of the C Apartment Management Rules, the Defendant’s chairman, based on Article 23 of the C Apartment Management Rules, demanded the convening of an extraordinary meeting with the content of requesting the Plaintiff A to take a measure against the rejection of the re-contract.

Plaintiff

A did not call an extraordinary session, and F demanded G, an extended representative of the Dong that constitutes the defendant on July 5, 2016, to convene an extraordinary session for the same purpose.

However, G did not call an extraordinary meeting. D.

On July 14, 2016, the apartment election commission of this case held a meeting on behalf of the chairperson and discussed the dismissal of the plaintiffs from the representative of the Dong.

On July 15, 2016, the election commission organized I as the Chairperson, and re-convened with J, K, L, and M as its members.
