Defendant
B was sentenced to imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court on February 14, 2012, and was released on August 14, 2014 during the prison period on December 18, 2014, and the parole period expired on December 14, 2014. Defendant C was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 23, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 30, 2016.
