1. The Defendant’s KRW 150,000,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 100,000,000 among them, shall be KRW 50,000,000 from February 3, 2012.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 3, 2012, the Plaintiff leased KRW 120,000,00 to the Defendant at interest rate of KRW 120 per annum and on February 3, 2013. The Plaintiff determined and lent KRW 50,000,000 per annum on May 29, 2012 as interest rate of KRW 60 per annum and due date of repayment on September 28, 2012.
B. On February 3, 2017, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff interest of KRW 50,000,000 up to March 28, 2013.

2. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest calculated at the rate of 24% per annum (the maximum interest rate under the Interest Limitation Act within the agreed interest rate) from March 29, 2013 to the date of full payment for the total amount of KRW 150,00,000 and KRW 100,000 among the borrowed amount of KRW 1,00,000,000.
