Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:40 on March 8, 2019, the Defendant driven a Da QM5 vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.123% from the 5km section from the parking lot near the Geum Station located in 750 Si/Gun of Mapo-si to the front of C in the same city.

2. On March 8, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) driven the said QM5 car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.123% and tried to change the course to two lanes while driving the said QM5 car in front of the FM5 car in the Gu E in the direction of the river basin in the direction of the river basin.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence as above, sustained injury to the victim G and the victim I (the 46-year-old age), such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victimJ (the male, the 11-year-old age-old) of the chilling angles, tensions, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as stopping, and aiding the victim.
