1. Basic facts

A. Defendant Z is a person who completed the registration of ownership transfer as of October 1, 2009 with the Suwon District Court No. 75905 on each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”).

B. AD Association (UDD Co., Ltd., the collateral security right to each of the instant lands, filed an application for voluntary auction of each of the instant lands with the Suwon District Court AE (hereinafter “instant auction”) case with the Suwon District Court Ansan Branch AE (hereinafter “YA”), and the decision on voluntary auction was rendered on July 11, 2012, and the registration of the decision on voluntary auction was completed on the same day.

The Plaintiffs were awarded a joint bid on December 10, 2015 in the auction case of this case [the case of Ansan District Court AF branch was consolidated into double auction case], and paid in full the proceeds on February 2, 2016 after receiving the joint bid on December 10, 2015.

The Plaintiffs completed the registration of transfer of ownership of shares as of February 11, 2016, No. 6825, which was received on February 11, 2016.

In the instant auction case, Defendant AA entered into a contract with Defendant A on September 17, 2015 to perform construction works on each of the instant land from April 30, 2001 to the end of the end of the end of 201. The construction works on May 2001, including penal trees, around that time.
