1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

The summary of the Plaintiff Company’s assertion that the Plaintiff Company concluded the instant construction contract with the Defendants by setting the construction period from March 30, 2012 to April 30, 2012 as KRW 73,60,00 (value-added tax separate) with respect to C Inteptian Corporation (hereinafter “instant construction”) and entered into the instant construction contract with the Defendants. However, the Defendants failed to receive KRW 57,29,000 (value-added tax of KRW 52,09,000) out of the instant construction payment within the period stipulated in the contract, while the instant construction was completed within the period stipulated in the contract.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly obligated to pay the plaintiff company the price of 57,299,000 won which is not paid to the plaintiff company and damages for delay.

2. In full view of the following facts: (a) Party A’s evidence 1-1, Party A’s evidence 2, Party A’s evidence 3-1, 2-2, Party B’s evidence 2-1, 2-2, and Party B’s evidence 5; (b) Party D, the representative director of the Plaintiff Company, registered the Plaintiff’s company as an individual business operator (F) with its trade name as “E; and (c) Party D, the representative director of the Plaintiff Company, was engaged in interior business, etc.; (b) Party A, on April 9, 2012, Party A, submitted a estimate of KRW 73,60,000 ( separate value-added tax), and completed the instant construction work on April 30, 201; and (c) Party D, the representative director of the Plaintiff Company, was provided with the Plaintiff Company’s tax invoice 20,300,0000 won, Plaintiff D’s total of the supply value of the instant construction; and (d) Party D 20. 1, 20.6.25.

According to the above facts of recognition, the construction of this case is a defendant fashion group.
