Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a joint representative of “C”, and Defendant AA and M are members of the above C.
1. The Defendants’ joint crime (violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act) shall not hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration in a foreign diplomatic agency or diplomatic camp located in the Republic of Korea within 100 meters from the boundary of the office building or house of the foreign diplomatic house;
