Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2015, around 04:50, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without the driver’s license from approximately 2 km section from the roads in front of the Geumdong, Busan to the roads in front of the same natural gas charging station.
