1. All of the instant lawsuits are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Plaintiff A was appointed as the principal of a middle school teacher on July 2, 1981, and on March 1, 2010, Plaintiff A served as the principal of the D High School until February 28, 201, the principal of the E middle school from March 1, 201 to February 28, 2013, and the principal of the F Middle School from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014, respectively. 2) Plaintiff B was appointed as an elementary school teacher on April 16, 1976, and was appointed as the principal of the G Middle School until February 28, 201.

3) On November 13, 2013, Plaintiff A and B submitted each letter of wishing to be appointed as the principal of the school. Plaintiff A was ordered as the senior teacher of the H middle school on March 1, 2014 on the ground that he/she was subject to a disposition of reduction of salary and one time disciplinary charges as of April 21, 201, and Plaintiff B was ordered as the senior teacher of the I Middle School on November 16, 2011. Plaintiff B was ordered as the teacher of the I Middle School on March 1, 2014. Plaintiff C’s request for appointment as the senior teacher of the high school on March 9, 1981; Plaintiff C’s application for appointment as the senior teacher of the 3rd School on the ground that he/she was not subject to a disposition of suspension on duty as of November 16, 2011; Plaintiff B was not subject to a disposition of suspension on duty as of December 10, 2013 to 30.

2. Whether the lawsuit of this case is lawful

A. The plaintiffs 1 plaintiffs A and B submitted a wish to be the principal of the school and the interview was completed and notified of the results of the examination that they are qualified as a person subject to heavy employment by the Superintendent of the Office of Education of Jeollabuk-do.
