A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with B, C, D, E, etc., in the case of credit loans handled by a lending company, with a credit rating lower than that of other loans, or with a view to taking part in the loan by accepting loan by forging or falsely preparing various documents necessary for the loan even though there is no other asset.
