A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving a rocketing car;

On August 25, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.266% of blood alcohol concentration on August 25, 2013, and driven the said car at approximately 70km per hour between the two lanes towards the Gancheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si.

In this case, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent a traffic accident in advance by safely seeing the right and the right of the front left and right in the state of traffic in which he/she is under the influence of alcohol.
