A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2014, the Defendant changed the name on August 11, 2014, FF Co., Ltd. to H Co., Ltd. (H Co.) at the office of Defendant management of 108 Dong-dong 1404, Jung-gu, Daegu, 2014.

From around that time to April 14, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter in the same way ten times in total as the list of crimes in the attached Form, and openly insultingd the victim.

On February 12, 2013, around 13:51, 2013, the Defendant, at the office of the Defendant’s management in Daegu-gu E-gu, 108 1404 Dong-gu, Seoul-gu, 2013, posted the above notice to the effect that “The victim’s Japanese sales are not more than three billion won or not more than ten employees are terminated,” and that “the Japanese sales are not more than three billion won, not more than ten employees are terminated.”

From around that time to September 27, 2014, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly exposing a false fact through an information and communications network with a total of 20 times with the aim of slandering the victim by the Internet cameras and tables operated by the Defendant at the seat of Daegu City, such as the list 2 attached Table 2.

1. On February 14, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) at the Defendant’s office located in Daegu-gu building No. 108 Dong-gu, 1404, and the J, a multi-level company where the Defendant works, shall be the victim.
