Reasons
1. The reasons why the Plaintiff’s assertion is stated in this part are as follows, and the relevant part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance (as stated below, the second to fourth of the judgment of the court of first instance) is the same as that of the relevant part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance (as stated in the second to fourth of the judgment). 2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A.
