Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above punishment against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. From July 2013 to September 2013, the Defendants in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) provided 58 personal information including personal information, such as I resident registration numbers, etc., from July 2013 to September 2013, in collusion with Defendant B, for the purpose of stealing another’s personal information, including resident registration numbers, from the H office located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, by stealing a mobile phone through a telecommunications company’s agency. The Defendants received 58 personal information, such as the list of crimes (3) from July 2013 to September 2013, by being aware of the fact.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire personal information by fraud or other improper means or methods, and received personal information for profit or for an improper purpose.

2. Fraudulent, fabrication of private documents, and uttering of private documents;

A. The Defendants purchased a copy of personal identification card from a personal information dealer and a bank account number in the name of the person, prepared a copy of the above identification card and a bank account number, and submitted a mobile phone application to a mobile phone agency which may have knowledge of the fact, and then came to gather the profits by immediately disposing of it as a mediumphone and dividing the profits therefrom.

1. On August 19, 2013, the Defendants stated “J”, “K” in the resident registration number column, “L apartment 103 504 dong 504 dong 504 dong 504” in the subscriber applicant customer column, and “J” in the cell phone agency on the same day as of August 19, 2013, with a copy of J’s identification card and the account number received from the provider of personal information in the name of the victim from H office as of August 19, 2013.
