A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.) sent a total of nine copies of pictures, such as photographs, etc. taken by the victim with his/her sexual organ in his/her family located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, by using the cell phone of the victim C (a family name, 24 years old) who was in a relationship with the victim with his/her family member, and again sent a text message and E message to the cell phone of D that was sent to him/her in a relationship with the victim.

As a result, the Defendant provided others with taking photographs of the body of the victim, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, using camera or other similar devices, against the victim’s will.

2. Around July 12, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.: (a) sent a message repeatedly to the victim using the Defendant’s mobile phone at a place below Incheon, and then sent a F message to the victim C (the victim’s male job D) using the Defendant’s mobile phone (the victim’s family name, b4 years old); (b) “Influence / sect / sect / sect / sect / sect /” from that time to August 14, 2018; and (c) sent a written message to the victim at a total of five times as indicated in [Attachment List Nos. 2 through 6] and sent the victim’s sexual experience with the victim’s photograph taken with the victim and the victim’s sexual experience.

As a result, the defendant reached the victim repeatedly with codes, words, sound, images, or videos that arouse fears or apprehensions.
