Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2018, the Defendant, at around 16:30, 16:30, and 41 years of age, tried to open a door door with a password previously known to the apartment house located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, but failed due to the number error, and invaded into a multi-household house by using the cre in the crepans emitted by people within the number error, and then harming the peace of the victim’s residence by attempting to enter into the 505 door door, 195 door, 505 door, 2nd and 41 years of age.
