1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from September 20, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
The evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the overall purport of the pleadings are recognized as having the same cause of claim as that of the Plaintiff (Provided, That “creditor” and “debtor” are deemed to be “Defendant”, and the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages to the Plaintiff as described in the Disposition No. 1.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
