A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant: (a) around January 23, 2016, entered the identity of BB in the mobile phone subscription form in the BA store operated by AY in Namyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) entered “B” in the applicant column; and (c) voluntarily made the wB’s wn in the name adjacent to the applicant column; and (d) delivered it to A Z without knowledge of the fact as if it was duly formed.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of a mobile phone subscription application in the name of BB, a private document on rights and obligations.
2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, submitted an application for joining the forged mobile phone at the same time and place as above, and, as if he opened the mobile phone with the consent of BB, deceiving the victim, and its equipment was obtained from the victim and obtained from the victim one cell phone of 99,900 won at the market price on the same day.
