1. The defendant shall pay 108,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 18, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The following facts do not conflict between the Parties:

On June 2010, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract on August 30, 2010 with the construction cost of KRW 120,000,000 (Additional Tax) and October 30, 2010 (hereinafter “instant construction”) among the construction works (hereinafter “instant construction works”) constructing neighborhood living facilities and multi-household housing (hereinafter “instant building”) on three parcels, such as Gwangju-gu C, D, and E (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Plaintiff completed the instant stone construction, but failed to receive the construction cost, together with the Plaintiff, constituted the Defendant Company to pay the construction cost.
