Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2014, at around 02:56, the Defendant: (a) sent to the 119 fire officials B (n, 31 years of age) (n, 31) who were called out after receiving the Defendant’s first aid report at the Busan Busan Busan Busan Busan District Hospital emergency room, for identification verification; and (b) called “the money in the wall is no longer in the face” after being returned, the Defendant obstructed the legitimate performance of official duties by assaulting B by assaulting B, i.e., 119 fire officers on official duties.
