The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that the sentence imposed by the court below on the defendant (eight months of imprisonment).

2. Although there are favorable circumstances, such as the fact that the defendant recognized the crime of this case when he was in the trial for the judgment, that the defendant is aged, the state of health is not good, and the amount of profit acquired by the defendant through the crime of this case seems not to reach the amount of fraud in the judgment, the defendant's amount of damage caused by the crime of this case is large, the victim's damage is not completely recovered, the defendant has a majority of the records of the crime of this case, the defendant's character and behavior, environment, relationship with the victim, motive, means and result of the crime of this case, and all other circumstances that form the conditions of the argument of this case and the sentencing as shown in the records, such as the circumstances after the crime, are recognized as adequate.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion of unfair sentencing is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
