Criminal facts

1. Defendant B, from around December 2012 to November 5, 2013, operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “G” on the F5th floor of the members of Ansan-si from the F-si, Ansan-si, and Defendant B, from October 28, 2013 to November 5, 2013, explained the conditions of sexual traffic to an unspecified number of male descendants who had found their place of business and explained the conditions of sexual traffic to the employees of the said business establishment, and received a dialogue, and took charge of the affairs, such as having them engage in sexual traffic, and allowing them to engage in sexual traffic.

At around 22:00 on November 5, 2013, the above Defendant, in collusion with E, had H, a sexual traffic woman, receive KRW 110,00,00,00 from the above “G,” and had H and J arrange sexual traffic during the above service period, for instance, engaging in sexual traffic.

2. Defendant A

A. On April 4, 2013, the Defendant falsely stated that the Defendant operated the said “G” to K police officers in the life order division of the Ansan Police Station, which is the control police officer, even though the Defendant had not operated a sexual traffic business establishment in the above “G” around 20:30 on April 4, 2013. On the same day, the Defendant made a false statement to the same effect as the police officer L at the investigation of the Ansan Police Station, and at the office of the Ansan Police Station and the office around

As a result, the defendant got the E who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment to escape.

B. On November 5, 2013, around 22:40, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, although the Defendant had not operated a sexual traffic business establishment, the Defendant had operated the said “G” according to E’s teachers in the life order division of the Ansan Police Station, which is the control police officer. On the same day, the Defendant made a false statement to the same effect as the Defendant, at the living order division office of the Ansan Police Station of the Ansan Police Station, at around 23:20 on the same day.

As a result, the defendant got the E who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment to escape.
