A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous objects and assaulted E, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.
