Reasons
1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justifiable even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance was presented to this court.
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
