Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant driven B rocketing car without a car driver’s license from around 500 meters from the front day of the Seocho-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gun to the front day of the public restaurant to the front day of the Korean electric intersection located in the same Eup/Myeon.
