Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2019, around 14:34, the Defendant committed an unlawful act by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance by a supervisor C who supervises the above examination under Section B in the Dobong driver's license test site, while applying for the Class II driver's license examination of the same 1449 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance by the supervisor C who supervises the above examination under Section B, and by checking it thereafter.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of public officials C belonging to the Dobong License Test Director B who is supervising the fair execution of the above examination by fraudulent means.
