1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Details of the disposition

Plaintiff

A (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff A”), Plaintiff B (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff B”), and Plaintiff C (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff C”) are manufacturing and selling fire uniforms, fire-fighting equipment, etc.

On April 2013, the Defendant announced the purchase of E in the form of a multiple supplier contract with multiple suppliers on waterproof and six kinds (e.g., waterproof and rain bags, male booms, male booms, KON and scarp or scarpers, KONfin, tegres) and five kinds (members’ uniforms, ball clothes, male cream and kackers, male brates, hacker belts, belts, or gresphers).

On June 28, 2013, the Plaintiffs participated in the tender announcement above, and entered into two multiple suppliers contracts with the Defendant respectively as follows.

The Defendant, on June 28, 2013, up to 173,700, up to 175,440,610,00 won from June 28, 2013 to May 31, 2015, up to 31, up to 2013, up to 273,50, up to 108,700 to 31, 2015, up to 273,50, 11,70,060,000 won for the Plaintiff’s name of the name of the name of the Plaintiff, and up to 35,00,000 male and female-manufactured suppliers, up to 10,30,00,000,000 won for 25,000,000 to 35,000,000 male-style suppliers, and 25,01,000,000 male-style suppliers, 205,715,7,2715,7.

(Prior 2013: (1) The Plaintiffs participated in the said public announcement of tender in April 7, 2016 to June 1, 2017; (2) three multiple suppliers contracts (the first, revised, and final) with multiple suppliers from April 7, 2016 to June 1, 2017; and (3) Plaintiffs B from March 28, 2016 to June 1, 2017.
