Punishment of the crime

1. On November 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement, etc. at the Busan District Court, which became final and conclusive on November 25, 2016.

2. Criminal facts were the insurance designer of the three life insurance company (hereinafter “three life insurance in the future”) in the future, and the victim C, upon the Defendant’s recommendation on June 4, 2010, was a person who purchased three life insurance in the future as “VIP-specific life insurance” (2.10,000 won of monthly insurance premium and 20 years of payment period).

A. On September 1, 2012, the Defendant, at his own house located in Busan Dong-gu D 102 203 Dong-gu, Busan, called her husband to the customer center of three life insurance in the future to block postal items, e-mail, text messages, etc. sent from three life insurance in the future, and notified E of the name, resident registration number, telephone number, address, etc. of the victim who is personal information necessary for the certification of the victim’s name.

Accordingly, the defendant, who managed or processed personal information, has divulged personal information that he became aware of in the course of his duties.

B. On April 2015, at the above house, the Defendant: (a) called the husband to the customer center in three life insurance in the future to block postal items, e-mail, text messages, etc. sent from three life insurance in the future; (b) notified E of the victim’s name, resident registration number, telephone number, address, etc. who is personal information.

Accordingly, the defendant, who managed or processed personal information, has divulged personal information that he became aware of in the course of his duties.
