When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On July 26, 2017, the Defendant driven B-er-car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 50 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.122% in a luxal public parking lot located in the lux in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and Eup.
