1. Defendant E is the Plaintiff’s KRW 176.8 million, KRW 65 million to Plaintiff B, and KRW 65 million to Plaintiff C, and each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) is an executor who develops the 27-year single housing site development in Ansan-si F, G, and H Won (hereinafter “instant project”).
B. On June 10, 2017, Plaintiffs B, C, and C concluded a land sale contract with Defendant E and Defendant E with the content of KRW 215 million (30 million on the contractual date, the intermediate payment of KRW 100 million until June 14, 2017, and KRW 85 million until the date of receipt of the transfer registration) with respect to the sale price of KRW 608.67 square meters in the above housing site with Defendant E and the above housing site, the land sale contract with the content of KRW 215 million (the contract amount of KRW 30 million and the intermediate payment of KRW 10 million until June 14, 2017) (the payment of KRW 85 million by the date of receipt of the transfer registration). Plaintiff B and C transferred the remainder of KRW 30 million on the date of the above contract with Defendant E, KRW 160 million on June 14, 2017, KRW 2006, KRW 1661.66 billion on each land (the payment of KRW 261.667.2 billion).2 billion.
(2) The Plaintiff: (a) transferred each of the instant land sales contracts that the Plaintiffs concluded; and (b) each of the said housing sites purchased by the Plaintiffs to Defendant E’s account; (c) KRW 30 million on the day of the said contract (payment of KRW 5 million with temporary contract deposit on June 11, 2017; (d) KRW 25 million on June 12, 2017; and (e) KRW 1468 million on June 14, 2017; and (e) KRW 1768 million in total.
C. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant Company entered into a contract for sales agency services between the Defendant Company and the Defendant E (i) with respect to the housing site being developed in the F, G, and H House of Ansan-si on May 15, 2017, “B” (Evidence 13).
