A Imprisonment for six months, Defendant B's imprisonment for eight months, and Defendant C's medical corporation shall be punished by a fine of 50,000,000.

Defendant

C A medical corporation is a medical corporation that establishes and operates H hospital G in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 1994. The above hospital has a department of mental health, which is a mental health facility as prescribed by the Mental Health Act (amended by Act No. 14224, May 29, 2016). Defendant A and Defendant B worked as a guardian in the mental ward of the above hospital for the protection and support of patients.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person shall inflict any bodily injury on a person with a disability with regard to victim I (violation of the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act and the Mental Health Act), and no person who is engaged in a mental health facility shall assault or harshly treat a mentally ill person hospitalized in the facility;
