1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,405,256 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 12, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case. However, the Plaintiff’s delayed liability of 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is recognized from the day following the delivery date of the written application for modification of the purport of the claim of October 2, 2018 and the cause of the claim to the Defendant. Thus, the part seeking payment of damages for delay exceeding the above recognized scope
