A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment for the crime of indecent act by force at the Changwon District Court on June, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 11, 2019.

The defendant is the representative of the F Hospital E in Tong-si and is the employer who employs 50 full-time workers and engages in the medical business.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, retirement allowances, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

"2019 Highest 434"

1. The Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 42,50,000 in G wage, which was worked as a video doctor from March 1, 2018 to December 20, 2018, and the total amount of KRW 56,374,090 in the total amount of three workers’ wages, within 14 days without an agreement on extension of payment date between the parties concerned, as shown in attached Table 1, 2, and 5.

2. The Defendant did not pay KRW 3,900,351 of H’s retirement allowances, which he/she served as a video engineer from July 3, 2017 to December 11, 2018, within 14 days without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

"The defendant of "2019 Highest 548 (I's payment of wages)" is working as a general doctor in the above workplace from March 1, 2018 to July 30, 2018.

69,959,434 won in total, including the wage of 2,350,00 won in March 2018, the wage of 2,450,000 won in April, the wage of 16,072,337 won in May, the wage of 25,70,000 won in June, and the wage of 23,387,097 won in July, and the wage of 23,387,09,434 won in March 201, did not pay within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

No person of "2019 Highest 656" shall comply with any final and conclusive order for remedy or a final order for remedy.
