A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from March 2017 to January 2018, is an insurance solicitor, who served as the 11th floor C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) of the 11st floor of the Dayang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City from March 2017 to the early police officer.

The defendant is not a trade name near B around September 16, 2017.
